At this time, I was unable to find a true Mylanta alternative that is clearly labeled gluten free. Instead, you can consider using a combination of two clearly labeled gluten-free options from Walgreens to achieve a similar effect: Walgreens Free & Pure Maximum Strength Gas Relief and Walgreens Famotidine Complete Chews Berry. They are both labeled gluten free. Always verify on the current product box or bottle as formulas can change.
